Security Measures (CATSA - Canadian Air Transport Security Authority)
Security screening at Canadian airports is administered by the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA). CATSA has information available with advice to help make passengers' experience at security screening points less stressful. It contains facts about smart packing, screening and offers travel advice for all types of travellers.

Customs
Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
Customs clearance is available at the North Bay Jack Garland Airport for aircraft with 15 people or less. The hours of service are Monday-Friday, 0800- 1600 hrs (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) excluding holidays. Details of the services offered can be found on the CBSA website

After hours customs clearance service for aircraft with less than 15 people is available on a cost recovery basis. Please contact the local CBSA office for cost details.
Aircraft with more than 15 people may be accommodated with advanced arrangements.
Custom service for special charters may be available subject to prior arrangements being made with CBSA and the Airport Authority.
