Restaurant / Food Services
There is a licensed restaurant, operated by Aramark, located inside the terminal building.
Hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday 0500-1930 hrs (5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
Saturday 0500-1000 hrs (5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) and 1300-1600 hrs (1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Sunday 0500-1000 hrs (5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) and 1300-1930 hrs (1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
Internet services
Computer data ports are installed on telephones located inside the restaurant. Free wireless port is provided by the North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation.
For passengers needing special assistance
Our barrier-free terminal is easily accessible to persons with disabilities and special needs. Airline check-in, passenger security, departure gate and the baggage claim are all on one level. Additionally, the parking lot is on the same level as the terminal building, allowing for easy access in and out of the airport.

The airport terminal hours of operation are from 0430-0030 hrs (4:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.).

A 24-hour bank machine is located inside the terminal building.

If you have left an item on board an aircraft, please contact your air carrier.
For items that may have been misplaced in the terminal building, please contact Airport Security at 705-474-2241.

Pay phones are conveniently located inside the terminal.
Baggage Carts
Jack Garland Airport offers complimentary baggage carts for your convenience within the terminal.
Paid Parking Ticket Machine
To conveniently pay for your parking, please use one of our parking machines located in the terminal building.
Washrooms
All washrooms offer wheelchair accessible stalls. Additionally, there is a family washroom located adjacent to the baggage carousel that offers wheelchair accessibility.

There is an information kiosk located at the arrivals section of the airport.
